What's the minimum contract term and how does renewal work?
Minimum 1-month contract — no forced lock-in. It renews automatically every month; you can adjust or cancel with 15 days' notice. For 6+ month contracts we offer additional discounts negotiable with the account manager.
In case of breakdown, what's the replacement SLA?
Metropolitan Luanda (Talatona, Ilha, Maianga, Viana, Cacuaco): replacement within 4 hours during business hours. Rest of the country: 24 hours. The replacement vehicle is the same category or higher, at no extra cost. It's in the contract — it's not a courtesy.
Geographic coverage: can I use it across all 18 provinces?
Yes, no restriction. Vehicles move freely throughout the national territory. For cross-border trips (Namibia, Zambia, DRC) we need 72h prior notice to issue customs documents — no extra charge.
How many drivers can I authorize and how does fleet insurance work?
Up to 4 authorized drivers per vehicle at no extra cost; above that, Kz 8,000/driver/month. All have valid licenses verified by us. All Risks insurance (coverage up to Kz 8M) covers all authorized drivers; deductible varies by category (50K to 250K). Additional off-road coverage available.
